Yellow Flower Meditation Academy is a contemplative learning community dedicated to cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and inner clarity through meditation practice and holistic retreat. Our academy welcomes people from all over the world to learn and grow together in a peaceful retreat environment. Here, meditation is part of daily life, lived through simplicity, presence, service, and care for one another.
Step away from daily distractions and enter a calm, supportive rhythm that opens the mind and lights up the heart.
Through meditation, reflection, and mindful practice, each activity, as simple as eating, becomes an opportunity to live with greater awareness and connection.
Learning at Yellow Flower continues long after the retreat ends. We provide the tools to ensure mindfulness isn’t just a weekend getaway, but a daily companion. Cultivate the clarity you need to show up fully for your family, your work, and yourself—living with lasting peace of mind.
Whether you are new to meditation, strive to begin again, or aspire to deepen the practice, you are welcome to come as you are and join us.
Come discover. Come practice. Come rest.
