“As a 35-year-old veteran with a history of trauma, depression, and traumatic brain injury, I have found tremendous relief from the CBCT program…. I have been studying and practicing, and I can now say that I can meditate anywhere, and no longer struggle with attentional or interpersonal tasks at work. At home, I no longer engage interpersonally in ways that increase or cause me anger, and my relatives and friends have even commented on my lack of reactivity. I have become a daily meditator, and I use CBCT principles to be a practitioner in everyday life.
